Las Vegas Luxury High Rise

Expert Result

“It’s Las Vegas Baby!” The City of Las Vegas, Nevada is an internationally renowned city. It is the most populous city in the entire state of Nevada; the seat of Clark County; and most well known for being a major resort city for shopping, entertainment, dining, and gambling. With all this and more, it’s easy to see why Las Vegas luxury high rise properties are in such high demand.

Presently ranked as the 28th largest city in the United States, Las Vegas represents one of the fastest growing regions in the nation.

Las Vegas officially became a city in 1911, after its initial establishment in 1905 as a railroad town. The immense growth that followed caused the city to become the largest American city founded in the 20th century. Gambling was first legalized in the city on March 19, 1931. Not long after, in October 1936, the famous Hoover Dam was built 30 miles southeast of Las Vegas.

Today, Las Vegas encompasses not only all that is within its official city limits but also the several unincorporated areas in Clark County that surround it. Some of these areas include special resort areas on (and near) what is known as the Las Vegas Strip. Home to many Las Vegas luxury high rise buildings, hotels, casinos, and other resort properties, the Strip measures four and a half miles long. Most of the strip is outside Las Vegas city limits, located in unincorporated towns such as Paradise and Winchester.

Along with Las Vegas luxury high rise residences, beautiful custom built homes are rapidly drawing more and more people to the city. Not to mention, the city’s ample economic and entertainment opportunities and arid desert climate further contribute to the city’s status as one of the fastest growing cities in the nation.
