With its lovely, quiet neighborhoods, exemplary schools, tranquil parks, and exciting commercial district, Summerlin townhomes truly have it all.
Summerlin is still being constructed by the Howard Hughes Corporation, a major land developer in Southern Nevada. More than half of the 22,500-acre community is currently complete, with hundreds of new homes being built each year. Due to the extreme popularity of Summerlin and the diversity of its intriguing sub-communities, homes are often sold while still in construction or pre-construction phases. According to current development plans, when Summerlin is completed, the community will be home to about 160,000 residents.
